Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at The Collective Market! Before you fill out the application, please review this important information regarding involvement in this unique event:
— DATE: Saturday, September 30th, 2023
— EVENT TIME: 10AM-2PM (set up will be morning-of)
— LOCATION: The White Room (formerly Hingework. 308 W. Grant Street, Lancaster PA). This venue is indoors and the event will be held rain or shine!
— NON-PROFIT PARTNER: The Factory Ministries - a non-profit organization in Gap, PA connecting families in poverty to relational services and sustainable resources. All vendors will be donating 5% of sales to TFM! Check them out!
— VENDOR SPACES: 8’ x 5’ space: $115 OR 6’ x 5’ space: $100
All vendors are required to bring their own tables/chair/setup. The venue will not provide any furniture for your booth. ALSO, all booths are on the second level, and you will need to be able to carry your items upstairs. There is not an elevator.
— PLEASE NOTE:
The Collective Market is a very curated event! The completion of an application is not a guarantee of acceptance. Applications will be accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the event, OR until spots are filled.
— AFTER YOU APPLY:
If you’re accepted, you’ll receive an email within 3 business days from One Oak Branding + Design (check your spam!) which will include an invoice to pay online as well as a short contract to sign virtually. Your space is not secured until I have both of these items!
